What happens at each stage

01Discover
Understand the business, users, workplace and requirements.
We meet the people who use the space and the people responsible for it, walk the site, and review what exists today. The output is a written requirement that everyone agrees on before any design work begins.

02Design
Create the appropriate technology architecture.
Drawings, schedules and a bill of quantities, with the reasoning for each choice. Where there are real options, we present them with costs and trade-offs rather than a single answer.

03Deliver
Implement using structured project execution.
A named project lead, a written programme, defined installation standards and regular progress updates. Changes are recorded and approved before they are made.

04Verify
Test, certify and document.
Cabling certified, networks and failover tested, Wi-Fi validated, cameras checked day and night, and doors tested for entry and exit. Results go into a handover pack with as-built documentation.

05Manage
Monitor and support.
For clients on managed services, monitoring and support begin at handover. The team supporting the site is the team that built it.

06Improve
Continuously optimise.
Regular reviews look at incidents, performance, ageing equipment and changing needs, and produce recommendations. Improvements feed back into discovery for the next cycle.
