Do we have to use XTSURE to implement the recommendations?
No. Consulting deliverables are written so any competent supplier can work from them. Many clients do choose us for implementation, but the advice stands on its own.
When should we involve you in a new office project?
As early as possible, ideally when the layout is being finalised. Cable routes, rack rooms, ceiling access and power for technology are much easier to plan before civil and interior work begins.
What does a BOQ include?
A bill of quantities lists every item needed for the technology scope, with quantities, specifications and locations, so suppliers can quote on the same basis and nothing is left out.
